This Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake is so delicious!! It is one of my favorite afternoon snacks and it's healthy too! If you are on the Trim Healthy Mama plan, this is an S - Satisfying!
Mint Chocolate Chip Milkshake
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (I use 1%)
- A handful (or two) of ice
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tablespoon Truvia or shakes of stevia powder to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Gluccomannan or xanthan gum
- 1/2 ounce 85% dark chocolate bar, chopped
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until combined and smooth. Pour into a tall glass and top with whipped cream if desired. Enjoy!!
